Valerie is a Life Coach & Facilitator who has trained with Jack Canfield & Mark Victor Hansen at Facilitation Skills Seminar twice, with Wally Minto in Post Grad Alpha Awareness, with Barry Spilchuck in Relationship & Communication, Coaching with Tom Antion, Public Speaking with Toastmasters International, Business with Income Builders International, Relationship Management with Sterling Institute of Relationship several times, and Cuddle Party Foundations of Facilitation twice. Valerie is also an Ordained Minister. She has been studying personal development and writing/coaching/musing with regard to relationship management for many years.    I had a great time at the cuddle party last week. I really enjoy the variety of people that end up at your parties.  One thing I find is that they are all friendly and interesting, in their own ways. CB

    I wanted to compliment your facilitation skills at the Cuddle Party. You threw a great cuddle puddle! I was very impressed with how you were able to create such comfort, safety, and harmony among a group of "strangers." I've participated in and facilitated many groups, so I can say with confidence and experience that you are a skilled facilitator!     I love the structure of being conscious, of asking for what we want, of learning to say no, to have boundaries, etc. I can see that it is really good training for the "real world".

How to say this simply. There are two responses:

    The party….

    The cuddle party was a surprising opportunity to remove another layer of expectations and find our authentic self and voice. No, yes, maybe are decision we make internally in every moment, but when with a stranger, a friend, our beloved…too often our voice is self-silenced or expressed as if we must justify what we desire or who we are. It’s just not necessary or perhaps even healthy and distances us from our own self-love. Thank you for the gift of awareness. The night could not have been more profound.

 

    Valerie Gill….

    Hmmmm… Heart-centered. Present. Loving. Joyful. A Giver and Receiver both… not just attributes, but the embodiment of each with the untethered spirit of an inquiring child and the love of a guardian angel. But more than any attribute Valerie is a mirror reflecting back that which is possible in each of us... our every expression of who we see and experience in her as a vision of what is and is possible in us. Is that the definition of a muse, a goddess, a leader, a teacher, a lover, or perhaps all things possible with awareness? I think so. Namaste Valerie!

    I just got off the phone with my father. He is a very difficult intelligent man. Communications between us are heated and non productive. After 5 conversations, 2 years and last nights group, I felt empowered and was able to make some progress.

I have had the pleasure of having Valerie in my life since the day I arrived in the USA and Sooo GrateFull I am. I have known and felt known by her since the first day I crossed paths with this Sister. We have shared many colors of our lives in Love and unconditional Friendship. She has helped me in many life situations with her gentle and sometimes not so gentle wisdoms (yes I am soo GrateFull for the occasional kick in the butt, the voice that says “hey why are you telling yourself that?”)
